For your benefit and protection, return the warranty registration card with pan serial number to RCT within thirty (30) days of installation. The 10–digit serial number is located on the drain pan label. This will initiate the warranty period and will allow us to contact you, should it become necessary. In the absence of a recorded warranty card, the warranty period will begin upon product shipment from RCT. In the event that RCT attempts to contact consumers regarding a recall or other matter and any damages occur, which could have been avoided by registration by the consumer, RCT shall have no liability. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is non-transferable. For this warranty to apply, the product must be installed according to RCT recommendations and specifications, and in accordance with all local, state and national codes, and the product must not be removed from its place of original installation.
