| 2. Extreme Temperature Durability: DexElar is resilient enough to withstand extreme conditions between -40 ºF to 260 ºF. The thermo-deflection temperature is the point at which material begins to soften. DexElar’s thermo-deflection temperature is between 290 and 310 degrees with an ASTM E-84-05 rating*. The high melting point and self-extinguishing characteristics make DexElar a safer and more reliable material of choice. |

| 3. High Load Bearing and Tensile Strength: DexElar is also an incredibly strong material. As one of the strongest materials available on the market DexElar is not only an extreme load bearer, but also provides high tensile strength at a yield of 8,900 psi.

| 4. High Impact Resistance: DexElar is a virtually unbreakable material and is a significant improvement over the impact resistance of plastic and ABS polymer materials. DexElar’s Notched IZOD (Hardness) rating is over 450 in/lbs.
DexElar has over 200 times the impact strength of normal glass and 30 times that of Acrylic. The material’s “tough as steel” resistance to cracking makes it ideal for applications where the product may experience vandalism or punishment. |
